About the Role

Mccormick Canada is a leading spice, seasoning, and specialty food company that is part of the world leader in spice and seasonings, McCormick & Company Inc. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our manufacturing and distribution sites.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop sourcing plans to meet talent needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address talent gaps and develop solutions to improve recruitment processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal clients and external candidates.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience recruiting for non-exempt/hourly positions in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage high volume workloads and prioritize projects.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience in recruitment gained through corporate or agency environments.
  • Knowledge of social media sourcing techniques and ATS systems.
