About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Sushi Mong. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a clean and sanitary environment
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
    • Assist in the cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
