About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at PHO 54 ENTERPRISES LTD. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and food safety.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and packaging take-out food, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and organized.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
