The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Hospitality Agent. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that our guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure that guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the back-of-house team with tasks such as inventory management, maintenance, and technology issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our guest experience, suggesting ideas and implementing changes to enhance our services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest needs and resolving issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.
