Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Freight Forwarding Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Actual Time Logistic Group Limited. As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics operations, including progress and other relevant metrics.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Team Leadership: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work for a team of 3-4 people to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations.
  • Communication: Communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance in life-threatening situations.
  • Procedure Development: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize logistics operations and improve productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, reliable, team player, accurate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
