Job Title: Freight Forwarding Logistician

International Fastline Forwarding Inc is seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarding Logistician to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and maintaining work records and logs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs
  • Organize warehouse and work areas to optimize efficiency
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to meet customer demands
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports to track performance
  • Project manage tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations to ensure seamless logistics
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders to meet customer needs
  • Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure resolution
  • Keep track of shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
