Tim Hortons is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Shift Supervisor to join our team

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of staff, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff involved in food preparation and portioning. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to established procedures.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish effective work schedules and methods to meet operational demands. Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available for meal preparation.
  • Customer Focus: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all patrons.
  • Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Ensure that all prepared meals meet quality control standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. Prepare and submit reports as required.
Your Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment (7 months to less than 1 year)

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
