Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on the benefits of the products and services offered by Kognitive Sales Solutions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with store personnel to ensure seamless product promotion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and store personnel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales targets and product promotions.
  • Reliable access to a vehicle or driver's license to facilitate in-store promotions.
