You will engage with decision-makers at these targets primarily through phone, email, or LinkedIn, identifying their strategic initiatives (e.g., M&A, succession planning), confirming suitability for our clients, preparing memos, and making introductions to our clients.
Your outreach targets are well-documented and segmented in our CRM, and you will utilize advanced prospecting tools and software to optimize your efforts.
As you progress in our CDaaS team, you will expand your scope and responsibilities in managing prospects and mandates further.
Key Responsibilities:- Build, nurture, and manage a prospect pipeline
- Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in our CRM
- Embrace data-oriented practices to optimize personal performance
- Exhibit a thirst for ongoing learning and development to ensure target achievement, professional growth, and increased knowledge of M&A and capital markets
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or a relevant field, having graduated near the top of your class
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and capital markets
- Display outstanding ability to engage and influence prospects over email/LinkedIn/phone
