Qualifications:

* Proven luxury and/or specialty retail store experience.
* Desire to join a luxury fragrance and lifestyle brand with growth opportunity.
* Passionate about delivering inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to perform basic math.
* Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
* Proficient in Microsoft office.
* Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
* Must be able to stand and walk for length of shift.
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

We offer a competitive hourly range of $16.85 to $28.30, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget.
