• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to maintain SEPHORA's merchandising concepts and standards.
• Participate in initiatives to reduce shortage/loss and optimize store operations. - Merchandising and Operations
• Process shipments and inventory in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring seamless store operations.
• Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards, ensuring efficient inventory management.
• Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards, minimizing errors and delays.
• Communicate inventory issues and concerns to the Operations Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager, ensuring prompt resolution.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or client service industry, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
- Excellent computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A High School graduate or equivalent.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
- Work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Bend and stretch to stock shelves.
