The Position:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, researchers, engineers, and fellow designers to conceptualize, develop, and deliver exceptional experiences across various digital platforms. Your contributions will influence all phases of a project, utilizing skills in ideation, prototyping, service design, information architecture, and research to innovate in everyday banking. In this senior role, you will also mentor and guide the design team, enhancing our design practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the discovery and planning phases of new products and features, driving the design vision across our offerings.
  • Visualize and articulate intricate design solutions through process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research, Strategy, and other teams to identify requirements and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Adhere to established Neo design system patterns while evolving the framework throughout product development.
  • Transform research findings and requirements into deliverables that ensure an intuitive user experience.
  • Mentor design colleagues, continually advancing our design quality and user experiences.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for digital products.
  • Proven experience in developing modern and complex user experiences.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.
  • Experience with design systems is highly advantageous.
  • Strong ability to synthesize research to identify usability gaps, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with product leadership, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of information architecture, systems thinking, and user experience design principles.
