- Transform research and requirements into deliverables that meet business objectives.
- Mentor design colleagues, continually elevating our design practice.
- Provide expertise for org-level decision making.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design or user experience design.
- Deep experience with user-centered design processes.
- Expert knowledge of the end-to-end iterative product design process.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating industry-leading quality.
