Position Overview:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, researchers, engineers, and fellow designers to define, shape, and deliver exceptional experiences across various digital platforms. Your contributions will influence all phases of a project, utilizing skills in concept development, prototyping, service design, information architecture, and research to innovate everyday banking solutions. As a senior member of the design team, you will also play a key role in mentoring and expanding our design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the discovery and planning phases of new products and features while driving the design vision across our product offerings.
  • Visualize and articulate complex design solutions across various use cases by creating process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research, Strategy, and other teams to identify requirements and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Adhere to established Neo design system patterns while evolving the framework throughout product development.
  • Translate research findings and requirements into deliverables that ensure an intuitive user experience.
  • Mentor design colleagues, continuously enhancing our design practice and the quality of user experiences.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for digital products.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing modern and complex user experiences.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.
  • Experience with design systems is highly advantageous.
  • Strong ability to synthesize research to identify usability gaps, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with product leadership, engineering managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of information architecture principles, systems thinking, and user experience design methodologies.
