About the Role
We're seeking a Principal Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of financial services. As a senior leader in the team, you'll work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to define, shape, and deliver a multitude of experiences across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the discovery and planning of new products and features while driving the design vision across our product suite.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive design vision and strategy that meets user needs.
- Transform research and requirements into deliverables that demonstrate an intuitive user experience.
- Follow established Neo design system patterns while expanding the framework.
- Mentor design colleagues, continually elevating our design practice.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design or user experience design.
- Deep experience with user-centered design processes.
- Expert knowledge of the end-to-end iterative product design process.
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating industry-leading quality.
- Ability to balance great design solutions with an iterative approach.
- Experience designing and prototyping complex workflows with relevant tools.
- Fluency in principles of information architecture and user experience design.
