Savers / Value Village is a leading for-profit thrift operator in the United States, Canada, and Australia, dedicated to championing reuse and inspiring a future where secondhand is second nature.
Our Mission
We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.
Our Brands
We operate under various brands, including Savers (in the U.S.), 2nd Ave (in the U.S.), Value Village (in the U.S. and Canada), Unique (in the U.S.), Village des Valeurs (in Quebec), and Savers Australia.
Job Summary
As a Store Production Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. You will be part of a dynamic team that values uniqueness, purpose, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment that celebrates individuality and promotes a sense of community.
- Assist in the processing and merchandising of donated items, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store display.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
