Service Team Member

Michaels is seeking a Service Team Member to join our team. As a Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs, including finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
