Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs, including finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays, and creating visually appealing store layouts.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store inventory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
