Logistics Supervisor

VCE Logistics is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to ensure efficient operations.
- Problem-Solving and Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Team Supervision: Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Dispatch and Monitoring: Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet business needs.
- Personnel Actions: Recommend personnel actions to ensure fair and effective management.
- Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
