Operations Coordinator Job Description

About the Role:

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Provide exceptional client service, partnering with store leadership to drive sales and service excellence.
  • Act as a manager on duty, coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Support operational excellence by completing daily tasks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures.
  • Drive business growth by deepening relationships with clients, collecting customer data, and implementing sales strategies.
  • Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments, demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador, and resolving client and employee concerns.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of prior retail experience in operations, with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to work retail store hours as necessary.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A college/university degree, Graduate Gemologist degree, or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.
