Fruit Farm Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Fruit Farm Labourer to join our team at Earle Sheila Anne Muir. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as harvesting and examining products for quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Plant and cultivate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield
- Harvest crops at the right time to maximize quality and quantity
- Examine products for quality and readiness for market
- Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a healthy environment
As a Fruit Farm Labourer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure. You must be able to distinguish between colours and have a strong physical presence.

- Ability to distinguish between colours
As a Fruit Farm Labourer, you will work in a variety of conditions, including outdoors, at heights, and in wet/damp environments. You must be able to adapt to changing weather conditions and work in a dusty and hot environment.
Language and Hours:The working language is English, and the working hours are 40 to 60 hours per week. You must be able to communicate effectively in English and work in a fast-paced environment.
