  • Inventory and Record Keeping

  • Cleaning and Maintenance
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organizational and Time Management
    • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure timely and efficient service.
    • Manage kitchen operations to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
