Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SHIMS CONVENIENCE & ESSO GAS STATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, directing and controlling daily operations, and supervising other workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining inventory.
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to employee questions and complaints.
  • Operations Management
    • Direct and control daily operations, including planning and organizing daily tasks, and overseeing payroll administration.
    • Manage training and development strategies, as well as oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers and directing them to contacts or service areas.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Recruit and hire staff, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the hiring process, including interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Management

Requirements
