About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Monarch House LTD. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with developmental disorders, pediatrics, and intellectual disabilities to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze clients' capabilities and expectations through observation, interviews, and formal assessments.
  • Consult and advise on health promotion programs to prevent disabilities and maximize independent function.
  • Develop and implement treatment programs tailored to individual needs.
  • Evaluate treatment progress and maintain clinical and progress reports.
  • Conduct research in occupational therapy to stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
