Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at The Skeena Bar & Skeena Liquor Store. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels.
- Authorize returns of merchandise and resolve customer complaints.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
