Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at The Local Leaf Cannabis. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering merchandise and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Store Operations: Assist with the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Language: English.
