Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at The Local Leaf Cannabis. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of sales workers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, including training and development.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales workers.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment.
- Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
