Sales Team Lead

The Local Leaf Cannabis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are available for customers.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays to showcase products and drive sales.
- Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that the store is clean and organized.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
