We are seeking a Lead Consultant to take charge of critical corporate communication initiatives for some of the most prominent brands. Within our team, you will collaborate with dedicated colleagues nationwide to spearhead communication campaigns that yield significant results for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management capabilities, with demonstrated strategic communication expertise and a history of executing successful earned media campaigns for a variety of clients. Candidates with knowledge in paid media and B2B marketing communications will stand out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects for multiple clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within established timelines and budgets.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of their operations and the media landscape.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a positive and dynamic work culture while effectively delegating tasks to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement integrated communication campaigns.
- Proactively identify client needs and challenges, providing solutions as a proactive listener and trusted advisor.
- Encourage creativity and innovation in client service and team culture.
- Exhibit a positive, team-oriented attitude, with a commitment to continuous learning and team engagement.
- Manage financial aspects of accounts and contribute to growth and profitability.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate communications, with B2B marketing communications and agency experience as assets.

- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to project management.
- Strong organizational skills and agility in managing multiple work streams.

- While experience in financial services and/or energy sectors is beneficial, a curiosity to work across various sectors is essential.
