About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our TD Commercial Banking team in the Western region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities, providing support and expertise to our Commercial Banking Centers, and building strong relationships with internal and external business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed annual sales, revenue, and new customer objectives.
  • Solicit and fund direct business opportunities, referring them to our Commercial Banking Centers for deeper bank relationships.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners to drive business growth.
  • Structure creative and competitive equipment finance solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Assess credit requests and make recommendations to our credit team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business.
  • 4+ years of sales and customer relationship management experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in the financial industry or equipment finance.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Superior business sales development skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and possess excellent analytical skills.
