Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Gandhi Electrical Services Ltd. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
