Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager, Sales to join our team at Surestay Hotel by Best Western. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
