We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Surestay Hotel by Best Western. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
• Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
