About the Role:
As a Sales Account Executive at Blackbaud, you will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with key decision-makers at purpose-driven organizations. Your primary goal will be to understand the organization's social impact goals and identify opportunities to provide Blackbaud's proven software solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify, pursue, and close key sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key account decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Provide return on investment (ROI) solutions to prospective clients through product and service proposals.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure Blackbaud's solutions remain competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of successful sales experience in a high-volume, IT or software (SaaS) environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, structured selling environment.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering results.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to change.
