We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Earls Penticton. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare budget and cost estimates, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Operations: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment: Noisy, odours, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
