Job Summary

SHREEJI FOOD INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and service, with experience in supervising staff and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work schedules and manage staff
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience in food service an asset
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Work Environment
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
  • 30-40 hours per week
