Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SHREEJI FOOD INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the food preparation and portioning process
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience in food service or a related field is an asset
Work Environment

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
