Job Summary

SHREEJI FOOD INC. is seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operation of the kitchen.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
