Territory Business Manager

Ascensia Diabetes Care is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Manager to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative diabetes care solutions, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business plans to achieve annual sales commitments within your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including internal medicine physicians, key GPs, family health teams, and diabetes nurse educators.
- Align our unique offerings with customer priorities and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain required call cycles and calls per account, meeting reach and frequency targets.
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop and execute business plans, analyzing territory trends and identifying new opportunities.
- Track economic and industry activity, understanding implications to the therapeutic area.
- Make sales presentations to targeted customers, highlighting key business opportunities.
- Share market information trends with regional team members.
- Bachelor's degree in science or business administration, or comparable experience.
- 3+ years of proven healthcare or retail selling experience.
- Self-motivated with high-level competencies in communication, interpersonal sensitivity, teamwork, tenacity, achievement orientation, efficiency, and planning.
- Proficient in understanding key data and metrics, utilizing this information to improve business performance.
- Proven track record of sales performance metrics.
