About the Role: As a Labourer with Border Paving Ltd., you will be responsible for performing a diverse range of tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment. This role requires physical fitness and the ability to work for extended periods of time in variable conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials as needed
  • Dig and fill holes manually when heavy equipment use is not practical
  • Perform equipment maintenance and cleaning
  • Operate heavy equipment, such as rollers and skid steers, as required
  • Work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and out-of-town assignments during the construction season
  • Adhere to safe working procedures and practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications: Local candidates are preferred.
