Job Title: Executive Chef

Mehfill Shawarma and Kathi Roll is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's culinary expertise
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with our management team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred
