Chief Information Technology Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Information Technology to lead our IT department. This role is pivotal in shaping the technological landscape of our organization and ensuring that our IT strategies align with our business objectives.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Director of IT, you will be instrumental in developing and executing operational and strategic plans for the IT department. You will oversee all departmental activities, manage personnel, and ensure that our IT infrastructure meets the evolving needs of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulate and implement the IT department's strategic and operational plans.
- Oversee personnel management, including recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
- Assess IT requirements and recommend resource allocation effectively.
- Ensure the IT infrastructure supports current and future organizational needs.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures for efficient data processing.
- Provide strategic guidance for IT infrastructure development.
- Serve as a resource for users across the organization.
- Analyze and enhance organizational applications.
- Manage data systems and programming responsibilities.
- Support the integration of new technologies within the workplace.
- Oversee computer security systems.
- Execute additional related tasks as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in administration with a focus on information technology or a related discipline.
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT management.
- Proven experience in project and personnel management.
- Familiarity with application development processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail and Drive.
- Strong interest in digital transformation trends and their application in organizational development.
- Proficient in both spoken and written French and English.
