Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Brant Hotel. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure food and service meet quality control standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Work Environment
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
    • Standing for extended periods
