Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MANEK FOODS INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Direct and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide training and guidance to staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a high level of quality and service.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Administration

Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and staff performance, as well as establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

A 32-40 hour workweek is standard.
