Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and staff performance.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or kitchen environment.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
