Job Summary

MGR INFOTECH LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering our local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Administration: Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide expert problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust networking security measures to protect our network and data.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: 35 hours per week, with a focus on working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
