The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks, including giving access to computer networks, reporting on system performance, and responding to user inquiries.
- Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
- Training and Development: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they have the necessary skills to use our systems effectively.
- Incident Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, and perform web-server backup and recovery operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, managing incidents and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
