Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized support to client families, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Coordinate funeral services, including arranging logistics, managing timelines, and ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of funeral services, including coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, and ensuring that all necessary materials are available.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with client families, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the funeral planning process.
  • Collaborate with the funeral home team to ensure seamless execution of funeral services, including coordinating with staff, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including client information, service details, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the funeral industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with client families and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
