About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Maxwell Central. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, recording and relaying information, sending invoices, and receiving and issuing payments.
  • Clerical Duties: Execute clerical tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing clear and concise information to clients and colleagues.
Work Environment

As an Office Support Specialist at Maxwell Central, you will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and support. You will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
