Laboratory Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:

In the role of Laboratory Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing the smooth functioning of the laboratory operations within the Chemistry and Hematology sectors. You will engage with state-of-the-art technology and collaborate with a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional diagnostic services.

  • Reporting Structure: Directly reports to the Manager of Laboratory Operations
  • Responsible for ensuring safety, quality, and efficient service delivery
  • Oversee technical and operational functions
  • Assist in investigations and root cause analyses
  • Guarantee adherence to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies

This position primarily involves evening shifts but offers flexibility according to project requirements. Key responsibilities include staff oversight, recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and support teams
  • Execute business strategies and operational plans
  • Monitor shift operations and financial metrics
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality protocols

Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years of laboratory experience, with prior supervisory experience being beneficial. Additional shift hours may be required based on operational needs.
